The did an excellent job on the installation of our whole home water treatment system and humidifier as well as taking us through how to use and maintain. What I liked best is that they were never condescending and spoke directly to me explaining in detail the pros and cons of repairing or installing a new boiler. When I did decide to retire my 50 year old boiler they continued to explain exactly what they were doing and how it all worked. I also appreciate that they answer their phone or return calls promptly - something very rare in the world today. Their automated reminder system and texts when in route is an additional plus. Great service!! Very fair priced! There was a small issue that became problematic due to xcel locking my meter. The Comfort Pros tech waited until xcel got there to ensure his work was done correctly to test the system. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others
