So many companies do a poor job of communication and you're left wondering when they're arriving, if they're running late or just forgot about you etc. So I really appreciate it when this is handled well! They sent reminders both the day before and the day of, and another update when my technician was about 30 minutes away (and via text so I don't have to talk on the phone, which might be my favorite part 😅). Service was completed in a timely manner for a fair price, and my technician was very polite. I'll definitely use this company again!

Jeff and Ryan at Comfort Pros lead a very professional and courteous team. What I liked best is that they were never condescending and spoke directly to me explaining in detail the pros and cons of repairing or installing a new boiler. When I did decide to retire my 50 year old boiler they continued to explain exactly what they were doing and how it all worked. I also appreciate that they answer their phone or return calls promptly - something very rare in the world today. Their automated reminder system and texts when in route is an additional plus. The office staff was always kind and quick to answer my many questions. As an older single woman, I appreciate the integrity of this company and highly recommend them.

Great service!! Very fair priced! There was a small issue that became problematic due to xcel locking my meter. The Comfort Pros tech waited until xcel got there to ensure his work was done correctly to test the system. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others

Jeff was absolutely wonderful at taking the time to explain the system choices during the estimate, did a beautiful and professional job installing it, and again took the time to explain all the details about running and maintaining it. His price was very fair, based on the compared estimates we got. We've LOVED the performance this past winter and summer. We recently had a small issue (our own user error).
